Modus Operandi
Permanent placements.
This applies to positions ranging from clerical to management.
G.C. draws from a pool of qualified and bilingual personnel and offers its services at competitive rates. Placement fees are 15% of the startup salary. On management and bilingual positions it is 18%. All placements provide for a 90-day guarantee.
Clients recognize that, as part of meeting required qualifications, attitude and chemistry dispositions are important. As a result
G.C. puts special emphasis on this area of the search. All new searches are thoroughly discussed up front with the client, preferably by a personal interview and, likewise, candidates are thoroughly interviewed and screened before being presented for a position.
